Quality Policy
Our Prime object is customer satisfaction by providing agreed quality products through a good quality management system. We know the customers will be delighted with the quality and we are assured that they will get the finest quality that is why we maintain a complete quality management system in our factory. The overall quality and manufacturing faults are checked visually by trained inspectors during the various stages of manufacturing and finally, before packing, the function is checked by each and every product according to the recommended method.
Payment Policy
We receive 100% advance payment.
Sometimes we receive 50 to 75% advance payment and the remaining we receive at the time when the shipment is ready to dispatch.
Our payment channels are
1. Bank A/C
If any customer wants to send a payment to our Company’s Bank A/C. Customers will be responsible for paying the Remittance Fees (money transfer charges), Remittance Fees for the customer’s personal bank, as well as 3rd party bank (between Consignee and Consigner’s bank). The customer will be responsible for notifying his/her personal bank that no Remittance Fees should be deducted from Consigner Payment. 100% Advanced payment must be received in our A/C.
2. Western Union, Money Gram & Ria
If any customer wants to send payment by Western Union or Money Gram or Ria it is best to convert US Dollars or his/her own currency into Pakistani Rupees before transferring payment because here we receive money in Pakistani Rupees.
3. PayPal
If any customer wants to send payment by PayPal, there is a 5% to 10% fee of the total value, to cover PayPal’s money transfer fee. The customer is responsible to cover the money transfer fee charged by PayPal.
